You know the story of Moses in the Bible. Moses had to lead the people in the desert for 40 years before going into the Promised Land and people were always complaining. “Why have you brought us out into this miserable place where there is no water and where nothing will grow,” they moaned all the time. Then God told Moses to speak to a rock, and water would come from it. But because Moses was so angry and bitter from people complaining all the time, he struck the rock with his stick instead of talking to it and water gushed out. But the Lord was not pleased with Moses because he did not honor Him by speaking to the rock, instead he reacted with anger. God forbade Moses from entering the land because of what he did.   We all have bad days; days when everything goes wrong, when we are disappointed, when others annoy us and when we are very tired, when things don’t go the way we want to. We feel like shouting at everyone and throwing things around, we feel like crying, we want to be alone, we feel we hate everybody. We are upset.   When you feel that way: 1-   Allow the Holy Spirit to control you instead of letting your feelings decide how you will react. 2-  Don’t let angry feelings pile up inside. Find good ways to let angry feelings come out, for example do some activities or sports, or tell someone why you feel angry. 3-  Ask the Lord to give you peace and help you feel calm inside. Then pray that He will fill your heart with His love, and listen to some Christian music.   The Bible says: “My dear brothers, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry.” James 1:19.

Friendship has to be built on solid foundation not on personal interest and to have a best friend you must be a best friend.
Usually people get more impressed with a person’s physical strength, power, influence, wealth, and cleverness.
We all love having friends, and everybody has at least a friend in his life. The gift of friendship is one of the greatest gifts God has given us is.
