jesus makes his face shine

Usually on a rainy day, when the sky is a gray, we say that the sun isn’t shining, only because we can’t see it. But if we could rise above the clouds, we would see that the sun is shining, and has never ever stopped shining, not even for a single moment.   And Jesus has never stopped shining either! From before time began, the brightness of His holiness has been shining, and will carry on shining forever. His light is so bright that we won’t even need the sun to give us light in heaven. The Bible says in book of Revelation “There will be no more night. They will not need the light of a lamp or the light of the sun, for the Lord God will give them light”. Jesus didn’t have to do anything to shine: He IS the Light of the world. And as we become more and more like Jesus, we start reflecting more and more of His glorious light   The Bible says: “The LORD makes his face shines upon you and is gracious to you.” Numbers 6:25
More Devotions
Surely God has done a lot of good things for you. He answered your prayers in an unusual way, He showed you His faithfulness at a time when you really needed Him to help you,
Last week we spoke about the 10 commandments and what they mean. You might say “I can’t remember all God’s commandments”.
In the Bible God gave us 10 commandments, this doesn’t mean that this is all we have to do and follow in the Bible, no. these commandments were given to us as rules of what God want us to do, and how He wants us to walk in His word.
